Sheena Retnam Simon
CEO

Sheena Retnam Simon began her career in April 1991as a Software Programmer for Universal Institute of Technology, Trivandrum. In 1993, she became the President and CEO of BSOFT and started branches in Techno park Trivandrum and Singapore leading to the honor of best woman entrepreneurship award for the Kerala State government. She became the CEO of PCSBSOFT in 2015.

All during this time she has continued to work with young people as a Mentor-Volunteer in Score a mentorship program for young entrepreneurs and start-up companies. She is also, Director of Divine Children’s Orphanage.

Sheena has a PhD in Education from Annamalai University. A Masters in Computer Applications, Philosophy, and Business Administration(Software), from Madurai Kamaraj University. She also earned her Bachelors in Education, Physics and Chemistry from Kerala University. She has numerous certifications in both the technology field and entrepreneurship arena. Her programming languages in JAVA, Visual Basic, C, C++, Visual C++ and many more.

As well as many Scripting languages such as HTML, DHTML, VB Script, Java Script.

Lisa Christo
President

Lisa Christo President began her career at Roche Diagnostics, Indianapolis, Indiana in 1992 moving the position of Supplier Quality Manager/Engineer and most recently is the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs manager at Quest Diagnostics. Lisa’s organizational and management skills in the very fast paced and regulated world of medical devices is what drew her to establish PCSBSOFT with Sheena.

Lisa has over 22 years of experience within Quality and Regulatory Affairs in the Medical Device Industry (Class II) Lisa also, worked for 11 years in the Quality Systems Auditor with Certifications in ANSI/RAB to ISO13485. All during this time she worked with a employees globally at all levels of management.

Lisa has a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Toxicology Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Hackensack NJ. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Jersey City State University, Jersey City, NJ.
