Customer relation Management software or CRM is a computer application that enables the sales team to record and track all the sales events from meeting a customer to closing the deal of sales. The following modules are identified as part of the CRM software. The CRM software will be a web application developed using ASP.NET or PHP, JavaScript, HTML5 and database. The database of choice is SQL SERVER 2012 or MYSQL. The development tool can be Visual Studio 2013.
